Whether you need a single room upgrade or a full-home, down-to-the-studs makeover, we're prepared to guide you through the process with our unique combination of ease, organization, communication, attention to detail, and a little bit of fun and humour along the way.
We handle everything from concept development and space planning to detailed construction drawings and finish selections. We work with your contractor to plan the entire project in advance of any demolition and handle the project management to keep things on track and ensure quality control. We understand that renovating your home can feel stressful and overwhelming, and we're here to lighten the load.
FURNISHINGS
DECOR
From one room to a full house, our full service furnishings offering provides you with everything you need to realize your vision. We provide furniture layouts and a detailed presentation of the options for furniture, accessories, art, window coverings, wallpaper, etc.
We also provide any additional information you’ll need to make an informed decision, such as pricing, lead times, dimensions, and finish samples. We handle the ordering, tracking, logistics, and delivery of each item, all the way to your final installation day.

Finishes & Fixtures
This package includes: selection of hard finishes like paint, flooring, tile, countertops, and millwork; selection of fixtures for lighting and plumbing; and preparation of a specification document for your contractor.
Construction Documents
This package includes everything in the Finishes & Fixtures package and the Space Planning package as well as a complete drawing set including demolition, construction, electrical and lighting plan, and millwork drawings.
Space Planning
This package includes layout drawings for optimal room layouts, millwork locations, and furniture arrangements to provide the best flow of traffic and proper spacing between all elements.
